Health
Training, health, practice. What my body is learning, and how I know.
The parts of my life that happen in my body, documented. Four surfaces, not more.
One principle across this wing: document what is, not what might be. A skill here is a skill I have. A metric here is a metric I've measured. When there's nothing to say, the page is short.
What lives here
- Mat — the jiu-jitsu I know. Verbatim source material from the instructionals I study, my own annotations, and a graph of positions and moves that densifies as I train.
- Lifts — strength training log. One entry per session that actually happened. No programmed-but-skipped workouts, no plans.
- Nutrition — what I eat, what I've tried, what actually worked. Thin right now.
- Metrics — weight, body composition, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep — everything a device or a scale says about me. Blank until the device is bought; see the research note on what I'm choosing between.
