What's the biggest misconception people have about you?
Interview · About Me · Question 3
That I'm relaxed about everything. I come across calm. Analytical. The guy who observes the room instead of reacting to it. People assume that means nothing gets to me.
The truth is I feel things intensely. I just process internally. When a problem frustrates me, I don't vent about it. I go quiet, take it apart in my head, and come back with something. That silence gets read as detachment. It's not. It's the opposite. I care so much about getting things right that I refuse to respond before I've thought it through.
The people who've actually worked with me know the difference. They've seen me build 48 features in 84 days. They've seen me deploy 190 times across a seven-product ecosystem. That's not detachment. That's intensity channeled into output instead of noise.
