\[Adapt per company. Framework below.]

I've evaluated over 80 job postings systematically, with scored reports and honest assessments. Most of them didn't make it past evaluation. I apply only to roles where the match is genuine, because I believe that a recruiter's time is as valuable as mine, and a bad-fit application wastes both.

Your company made it through my filter because \[specific reason: the domain, the stack, the stage, the problem, the culture signal]. And the reason I'm in the market right now is straightforward: I'm graduating in May with a body of production work that most people don't have after three years in the industry. I've built the equivalent of a small engineering team's output, alone. Now I want to learn what it looks like to do it with other people. To give code reviews instead of just writing code. To debate architecture with someone who pushes back. To build something bigger than what one person can build.
