Rebuilt the portfolio from the ground up. Every page, every component, every interaction reconsidered. Mobile-first responsive redesign landed the same day, and I removed the achievements system — noise that wasn't earning its keep. The radio feature shipped in this push, which was the first piece of the site that leaned toward ambitious rather than safe.

Retroactively documenting this entry on 2026-04-18 — before the changelog apprentice existed, nothing here was being logged. Backdating rather than bunching so the timeline tells the truth.
